We are looking for people who can give us an hour of their time on a Thursday morning to collect food bags from our hub and deliver to a local primary school. Our final delivery before the Easter holidays contained an Easter egg for every single member of the family. All eggs were donated by the kind parents and staff at Barnes Primary School and Thomson House School. Creating cost effective, nutritious and most importantly delicious meals is always a challenge. @share_and_care_collective are now launching recipe suggestions with ingredients bags! Working with @maja.berryrd who has donated her time and recipes, first up Lentil Dahl! Our DofE volunteers created bags containing the necessary ingredients, a spice mix that smelt amazing and a recipe card! Share & Care has had a fantastic Autumn term supporting families in SW13 and SW14 and strengthening our ties with local schools, businesses and organisations.

This time last year, we weren’t sure if we would be able to continue, but our new home at St Mary Magdalen’s has given us the security that we need and we go into 2025 with some new and exciting relationships which will help us continue to grow next year.
As ever, we are nothing without our wonderful donors and volunteers. We know we can rely on you to collect and distribute our food bags each week and we love you for that!

Thank you to Lisa and Phoebe @hare_hounds, @eastsheenvillage and the amazing stall holders at the Christmas Fair on Saturday. We raised an amazing £394 from the raffle plus a donation of £53 from @rachelhuntillustration selling her wonderful SW14 tea towels. We really wouldn’t survive without fundraising such as this in our amazing local community.
